      Answer – click login / register and you may register by creating the account using your password and email address.

    1. How do I return an item?
      Answer – You may cancel the order provided the cancellation request is delivered before the order is shipped at 12pm same day. The cancellation request shall be sent by email to: support@myfittix.com. An Administrative charge of RM15 or 6% of the item value, whichever higher is applicable for each cancellation request.

      In what condition do we accept product exchange and/or refund?
         Answer – Fit Mundo buyers are allowed to return products within 14 calendar days from shipment date under the following circumstances:
      1. a) Manufacturing defects.
      2. b) Fit Mundo delivered the wrong item.
      3. c) Products that have a 3-month warranty description will be honoured.

Product Return Policy and Procedures

  1. In the event of customer complain or a request for return or refund,
    Answer – Please contact Customer Service team at support@myfittix.com. We will reply it within 48 hours
  2. What do we need to verify that the item is allowed for exchange or return?
    Answer – In most cases, kindly provide the order ID and we will need your help to get a few photo or video (handphone standard is sufficient, no need studio photography. ) of the item, show us where is the problem and we will get it processed.
    1. How to send the item back to us.
      Answer – Once our support team confirms the return, we shall send you a digital consignment note (Courier services). You will need to print the digital consignment note and paste it on the return parcel. We will arrange courier services to pick up the item from your address. If you prefer us to pick up the return item from another address like your work place, please do let us know too.
    2. How to pack the return parcel.
      Answer – Please be remind to ensure that the parcel has all the items including the packaging in it. Make sure the parcel is not see-through and is well sealed. Paste the consignment note on the parcel.
  3. Exchange or Refund?
    Answer – We only accepts product exchange. you shall get product replacement (same SKU). However, in the event where the particular item is out of stock, Fit Store shall refund the amount to you
  4. How long does it take?
    Answer – The product return or refund normally takes about 7-14 working days to complete. But it takes two to tango, we need to work as a team to resolve the issue.
  5. Delivery cost.
    Answer – Delivery cost for returning item shall be borne by Fit store if you follow the procedure of using our digital consignment note. Fit store shall also bear the cost of sending the item back to the buyer.
  6. Refund or replacement will not be applicable for the following situations:

    1. Missing Original packaging
    2. Any item that has been worn or altered.
    3. Used items (for cosmetic and other personal items such as undergarments, adult toys)
