LOGIN


  1. I don’t remember the email that I used to register on MyFitTix.com, what should I do?

    Please contact us and provide us the following details for verification purposes:

    - Your Name

    - Your NRIC / Passport No.

    We will send you your email address and reset your password once the verification is done.


  2. What should I do if I cannot remember my login password?

    Not to worry, you can always set a new password by clicking on the “Forgot password?” button.



  3. I have registered on MyFitTix.com but I haven’t received any verification email yet.

    Email verifications are generally sent out instantly. If you haven't received one yet, please check your spam or junk mail folder. It may have ended up there.

    If you still can't find the verification email, please contact us. We’ll sort it out for you!


EVENT REGISTRATION & PAYMENT


  1. How can I register for events listed on MyFitTix.com?

    To register for events, follow these very simple steps:

    1. Register as a MyFitTix.com user. It takes only 1 minute to register and verify your e-mail address. For existing users, login to your user account.

    2. Find the event that you would like to register for and select the number of participants/team members for each category.

    3. Select participants from your riders list, and fill in other details such as: t-shirt size, residential address etc. If the participants are in your guest list, fill in your participant details and save them as a guest for future event registrations.

    4. Confirm your amount and proceed to the checkout.

    5. Make your payment via Visa, Master, CIMB Clicks, Maybank2u, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect or any other payment channels listed there.

    6. Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your itinerary attached. Please bring the itinerary along with you for the event day.


  2. I am not familiar with online registration, are manual or traditional registration methods available?

    Our payment and registration platform has been specifically designed to be simple, easy and convenient. However, if you do prefer a manual registration method, please contact us here.



  3. What are the available payment methods?

    We support several payment methods, depending on what registration method you use:

    Online Registration

    • Online payment via credit & debit cards: Visa & Master
    • Online payment via major online banking: CIMB Clicks, Maybank2u, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now etc.

  4. My payment was successful, but I did not receive any email confirmation regarding my event registration. What’s happened?

    Normally when you register online and once your payment is successful, our payment service provider will send us a notification instantly and your registration status will be automatically updated in our system. This will trigger a confirmation email that’s sent to you.

    Under rare circumstances, there might be a connection interruption between our payment service provider and our system. In this case, we will manually update your status. So you may experience a delay in your status update and confirmation email.

    If you have not received your confirmation email after a reasonable timeframe (about 24 hours), kindly contact us.


  5. I would like to reserve/book for an event, and pay at a later date. How can I do so?

    We do not practice a reserve/booking policy. Your participation will only be confirmed once you have made your payment and sent us the proof of payment. We will only enter your details into our system AFTER THE FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

    Please remember to submit your participant details TOGETHER with your proof of payment during the event registration.


MANAGE BOOKING & PARTICIPANTS


  1. What is an Event Itinerary?

    After you have successfully registered for an event via MyFitTix.com, an Event Itinerary will be generated for you. This consists of information such as the details of the participants you registered, their t-shirts (if any) and other information. It also acts as a proof of your participation. You will need to bring along your Event Itinerary during the event day.


  2. I have registered for an event successfully. How do I download my Event Itinerary?

    To download your Event Itinerary, login to your user account.

    Click the top right corner for the drop-down menu, and then select Manage Booking/E-ticket.

    You will be able to see all your previous registrations and bookings here. Click Download Itinerary for the specific registration you wish to view.



  3. How do I change my details (name, t-shirt or jersey size etc.) after I’ve registered for an event?

    To change your participant details, login to your user account. Click the top right corner for the drop-down menu, and select Manage Booking.

    You will be able to see all your previous registrations and bookings here. Click Change Details to change your participant details.


  4. I helped my team member/family/friend register for the event, but I am not joining the event. Can the goodie bag be collected by another person or participant?

    Yes, a representative can be sent to collect the goodie bag. The Event Itinerary MUST be brought along for confirmation purposes. Please make sure that only one representative/team leader is assigned to one Event Itinerary during the goodie bag collection as goodie bags will be pre-packed before the event day according to the Event Itinerary. Ensure that all participants are aware of who their representative/team leader is during the event day to avoid any confusion and miscommunication.**


OTHERS


  1. Are the events listed on the website/application organized by MyFitTix.com?

    None of the events listed on MyFitTix.com are organized by us unless stated otherwise.


  2. I have registered for the event, but due to unforeseen circumstances I was not able to participate. How do I collect my goodie bag?

    MyFitTix.com is not responsible for the distribution of the goodie bags after the event date. Any queries relating to the goodie bags after the event date should be directed to the Organizer. The organizer’s person to contact can be found under the "Event Details" tab.



  3. What is a ‘Processing Fee’ and why do some event registrations have it?

    We have invested substantially in our payment and registration platforms in order to ensure that our users are provided with an easy and convenient way to register for events. The Processing Fee is used to subsidize the costs of the maintenance and upgrades of our system.

    A Processing Fee is usually charged for events that appoint us as their Advertising Partner. We do not charge a Processing Fee for events that appoint us as their Registration Partner where the fee is borne in full by the event organizer.


  4. I would like to request for a refund. Am I eligible to do so?

    Generally, we practice a 14 Days Money Back Guarantee Policy. You are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the date of payment, subject to a 30% administrative charge of the total amount refunded. After the 14 days period, we will not accept any refund request from participants and any refund request shall be dealt directly with the event organizer. Under special circumstances of event cancellation or postponement, refund requests will be determined on a case by case basis by the event organizer.   5. I am interested to advertise or gain more exposure for my brand on MyFitTix.com. Do you offer such exposure for potential advertisers?

COLLECTION POLICY


RACE KIT COLLECTION


Collect your race kit before the race so you are all prepared.

* Please make sure you bring along your e-receipt and IC during collection.


COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS


  1. Collection has to be done in person

    Please present your NRIC (Malaysian) or Passport (Non-Malaysian) to collect your race kit.


  2. Collection on behalf

    f you are unable to come personally, a representative may be appointed to collect your race kit. Do ensure that your representative presents a letter of authorization and a photocopy of your identity card or passport.



UNCOLLECTED RACE KITS


Uncollected race kits will be deemed as unwanted and therefore become the property of the event organizer upon the closure of the distribution hall. The organizers will then be at liberty to dispose or re-distribute them accordingly.


PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT


  • I acknowledge that: I participate in the Event at my own risk. I will take all reasonable measures to protect myself from the risks of participation. I accept all responsibility for travel and personal medical insurance and for payment and/or reimbursement of medical/surgical expenses incurred as a result of my participation in the Event.
  • I am responsible for all belongings I bring to the Event sites and acknowledge that Fit Tix (M) Sdn Bhd will not take the responsibility for any loss or damage to my belongings.
  • I release Fit Tix (M) Sdn Bhd (and their representatives, successors, assigns, race sponsors and/or agents) from any and all injuries, death and invalidity I may sustain before, during or after the course of the event or arising as a result of it, I hereby indemnify the Organizers and keep them indemnified and waived against all claims and damages that may arise in consequence of the above.
  • I consent to the publication and/or use in any form of media whatsoever of my name, race result, image, voice, statement or otherwise, including the publication of my name and/or event result and applicable age bracket in/or marketing materials/websites without payment or compensation.
  • If the Event is cancelled for safety concerns or otherwise as a result of something beyond the reasonable control of Fit Tix (M) Sdn Bhd including and without limited to strong winds, heavy rain, excessive atmospheric pollution, lightening, accidents, or any other Act of God, I accept that my entry fee and/or any other cost incurred in order to participate and/or get to the Event will be non-refundable. In addition I acknowledge I will have no claim against Fit Tix (M) Sdn Bhd for any loss ordamage I may suffer as a result of such cancellation.
